1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 99baji website accessible at https://99baji.im and all associated services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, or reward offered by 99baji to eligible Players.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money staking action placed on a game, event, or market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which 99baji confirms a Player's identity and eligibility.

References to "including" are not limiting. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where context permits, singular includes plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing any wager.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal recreational purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, contractor, or close family member of any such person, of 99baji or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 99baji for any reason relating to fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 99baji reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Each Player may register and maintain only one Account. Opening additional accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99baji will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit all associated balances.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. 99baji will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

99baji employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit. However, no digital system is entirely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your Account against all forms of unauthorised access.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

99baji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your Account wallet within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. 99baji does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, 99baji may require you to complete identity verification. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being suspended.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider while funds are available in your Account, or in relation to deposits that have already been wagered, constitutes a breach of these Terms. 99baji reserves the right to suspend accounts and recover any amounts subject to fraudulent chargeback attempts through all available legal means.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

99baji offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins packages, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are awarded at 99baji's sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements (rollover requirements) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are accounted for separately. Real-money funds are used first unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational Players. 99baji reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its sole judgement, that a Player is exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, using low-risk wagering strategies to clear wagering requirements, or systematically abusing the bonus system.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

6 Rules of Play

All games and betting markets available on the 99baji Platform are governed by their respective individual game rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand those rules before placing any wager. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall take precedence with respect to game-specific matters.

99baji hosts games supplied by third-party providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, RTP (Return to Player) rates, and mechanics for each game are determined by the respective provider. Game outcomes for RNG (Random Number Generator) titles are governed by certified random number generation technology. Live casino outcomes are determined in real time by physical equipment operated by trained dealers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game or betting session, 99baji will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Account. 99baji shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a technical failure outside its reasonable control.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or rescheduled event, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply. 99baji reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under false or third-party identities.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Exploiting technical bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes.
• Placing bets on your own behalf and simultaneously placing opposing bets through a third party, whether on 99baji or any other platform, in order to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or "arbing").
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 99baji staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

8 Responsible Gaming

99baji reserves the right to implement mandatory responsible gaming measures on any Account at its sole discretion, including enforced deposit limits or temporary account suspension, where it identifies patterns of play that suggest a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

99baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• We reasonably suspect a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a lawful direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• We identify any fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• The Player requests self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming framework.
• The Player has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero or negligible Account balance.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 99baji reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds and bonus funds. Where closure is not the result of a breach, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after applicable checks.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 99baji Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of 99baji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 99baji. Unauthorised use of any Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 99baji is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

We collect personal data necessary to operate your Account, process payments, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and improve the Platform. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Please read the Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is handled.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99baji, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits from any gambling or betting activity.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, or interruptions to the Platform's availability.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 99baji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

99baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 99baji arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to binding arbitration or submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

15 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable individual game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 99baji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
